A Scientific Visit to the Silsilah Bin Azhiman Factory - Ramallah
In line with the vision of the College of Business and Administration at Al-Zaytoonah University of Science and Technology, which aims to enhance applied learning and link theoretical concepts to real-world practices, the Department of Supply Chains, Transportation, and Supply Chains organized a scientific visit to the Silsilah Bin Azhiman Factory in Ramallah.
The visit program included specialized presentations from various departments within the company, covering supply chain, purchasing, quality standards, and marketing. It also included a field tour of the production lines, during which students had the opportunity to directly observe operational processes and workflow in a real industrial environment.
The visit was characterized by student interaction and in-depth and varied questions, reflecting a level of academic awareness and a serious interest in understanding the challenges and opportunities within supply chains and transportation, which contributed to broadening their horizons and enriching their educational experience.
Dr. Saleh Amarneh, College Coordinator, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the management of Silsila Bin Azhiman Company for their warm welcome and cooperation during this visit, and their positive impact in supporting educational outcomes and connecting students to the reality of logistics and production work and the challenges in the local market.
