Al-Zaytoonah University of Science and Technology participated in the seventh edition of the National Wooden Bridges Championship, which was organized by the student branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in An-Najah National University, under the supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs and the Faculty of Engineering.
The championship witnessed the participation of more than 50 teams from various Palestinian universities, including Al-Zaytoonah University, Palestine Polytechnic University, Birzeit University, the Arab American University, Palestine Technical University "Kadoorie," and An-Najah National University, where the teams competed in designing and constructing wooden bridges according to precise engineering standards.
Al-Zaytoonah University's participation comes as part of its commitment to enhancing the practical and innovative skills of students in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, and encouraging them to engage in national competitions that highlight their creative abilities in the fields of engineering design and teamwork.
