The Fund for Lending to Students of Higher Education Institutions in Palestine announced today the start of accepting applications for student loans for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, for bachelor’s and intermediate diploma students in Palestinian higher education institutions.
The Fund clarified that the acceptance of applications begins on Sunday, September 7, 2025, and continues until Thursday, October 23, 2025.
The Fund noted that the mechanism for submitting applications for students who have not applied for a loan or whose applications were not verified for the first and/or second semester of 2024/2025 is done by accessing their accounts on the Fund’s electronic services website via the link. http://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps Students must enter the loan application data electronically, ensure it is saved, and then submit all required documents and supporting evidence to the Dean of Student Affairs at the educational institution. The institution’s staff will directly verify the applications, and the student will receive a form confirming the submission and verification of the application. If the student does not complete this step, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be processed.
The Fund indicated that students who do not have an account on the Fund’s website must create a new subscription before proceeding with the steps mentioned above, noting that assistance in this regard can be obtained through the link. https://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps/DHieght/StudentManual.
As for students who have applied for a loan and had their applications verified, they must access their accounts on the Fund’s electronic services website. http://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps And click on the “Renew Loan Application” option to confirm the student’s desire to apply for this semester without needing to refer to the Student Affairs Department or submit new documents.
To be eligible for a loan, the applicant must be a full-time student at one of the higher education institutions in Palestine (bachelor’s or intermediate diploma students), demonstrate financial need, have successfully completed at least one academic semester, and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 65% for bachelor’s students and 60% for diploma students under the percentage system, or a minimum of 2.0 under the point system.
It is also required that the student register for at least 12 credit hours in the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
It is noted that if a student loses their username and/or password, they must contact the Student Affairs Department at their educational institution or access the link. https://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps/Forget.
It is also noted that the fees for parallel education students are calculated based on regular fees, not parallel education rates, with the clarification that the loan amount provided by the Fund does not exceed 75% of the tuition fees, and in no case exceeds a value of 800 Jordanian Dinars per student per semester.
