Dr. Saleh Amarneh is an Instructor in the Faculty of Business & Administration at Alzaytona University of Science & Technology. Also, he was appointed Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business & Administration for the current academic year, 2025-2026. With extensive experience in practical and educational fields, he is dedicated to delivering a comprehensive teaching model (theory and practice), mentoring students, and fostering an engaging learning environment. His academic interests include talent management/human resource management (e.g., recruitment and selection; compensation management; training and development), organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and quantitative research. Throughout his career, Dr. Saleh Amarneh has contributed to curriculum design, assessment development, and student advising, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and academic standards. In addition, He has supervised many postgraduate students in the HRM field. Beyond teaching, Dr. Saleh Amarneh actively participates in academic committees, research projects, and professional development initiatives that enhance the quality of education and promote innovation in teaching methods. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia, and continues to pursue excellence in both teaching and scholarship
