Al-Zaytona University of Science and Technology welcomed the Governor of Salfit Governorate, Mustafa Taqatqa, as part of efforts to strengthen partnership and cooperation with official institutions and to explore ways to support the educational process. Development in Salfit Governorate
The Governor was received by Prof. Dr. Daoud Al-Zaatari, President of the University, along with a number of members from the academic and administrative staff. During the meeting, the two sides discussed prospects for joint cooperation, the university’s role in serving the local community, and ways to strengthen a supportive educational environment for students.
Prof. Dr. Daoud Al-Zaatari emphasized the importance of cooperation with Salfit Governorate and various official institutions, highlighting their vital role in supporting the university’s progress and enhancing its ability to respond to the needs of both students and the local community. He also presented an overview of the university’s academic programs and the developmental plans being implemented across its various faculties.
For his part, the Governor of Salfit praised the pivotal role played by Al-Zaytoonah University of Science and Technology in building the Palestinian individual and strengthening scientific and national awareness among students. He affirmed the governorate’s commitment to supporting educational institutions and standing by them amid the current challenges.
