AlZaytona University of Science and Technology hosted an awareness seminar today in collaboration with the Palestinian Police, presented by Major Mohamed Salah Al-Din along with several officers from the Anti-Drug Unit. The seminar was attended by university students and members of the academic and administrative staff.
The seminar focused on the current situation of drug use in Palestinian society, the types of drugs, and their modes of distribution among youth, in addition to the health, social, and legal consequences of drug use and trafficking.
This seminar is part of the university’s ongoing efforts to raise community awareness among its students and to collaborate with official institutions in fostering a responsible and informed generation.
