The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, under the patronage of its Minister, Prof. Dr. Amjad Barham, organized a specialized workshop on guidance activities for high school students, with the participation of representatives from higher education institutions and guidance departments in the directorates of education, in collaboration with Jawwal Company.
During the workshop, the Ministry’s priorities for the upcoming phase and the plans for the new high school system were reviewed. Additionally, experiences were shared regarding the best guidance activities between schools and universities, and electronic guidance materials were produced to be disseminated throughout the academic year.
Representatives from the Ministry and Jawwal Company emphasized the importance of partnership in providing support to students and following up with students in Gaza to ensure the continuity of their education despite the challenges.
It was agreed to organize guidance days and mutual scientific visits between schools and universities, aiming to assist students in choosing suitable majors and ensuring a smooth transition to higher education.
