Overview
The Insurance Office Services Management Program is a specialized administrative program designed to prepare skilled technical and administrative personnel capable of managing various insurance operations and services within insurance offices and brokerage firms. The curriculum covers the fundamentals of insurance, types of policies and coverage, claims procedures, and customer relationship management.
The program aims to graduate specialists equipped with the skills to organize and facilitate policy issuance, monitor claims, and resolve disputes, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client services.
Students also gain knowledge of electronic systems and software used in insurance office management, with an emphasis on compliance with legal and regulatory standards in the insurance sector.

Upon graduation, students are expected to be able to perform the following tasks:
- Manage the daily and monthly agenda for the manager they assist.
- Supervise the team responsible for carrying out the office’s tasks.
- Prepare the required documents for meetings, correspondence, or reports in the appropriate and professional format, using modern technological tools and techniques, including actuarial calculations and estimation methods.
- Manage office files professionally and efficiently as needed.
- Draft various types of internal and external correspondence and communications in both Arabic and English with a high degree of proficiency.
- Communicate effectively with partners, agents, competitors, regulators, and clients in various fields of insurance, including negotiating on behalf of the company or office and resolving issues before they reach the relevant departments.
