Overview
The Nursing Program is designed to give students a genuine opportunity to practice the profession while still in their academic studies. The curriculum places a strong emphasis on practical training to prepare highly skilled and well-qualified graduates capable of handling a wide range of clinical cases.
It is worth noting that obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Alzaytona University of Science and Technology aligns with licensing requirements in the occupied Palestinian territories, in addition to ensuring graduates’ scientific, practical, and administrative competence.

The Nursing Program aims to graduate professionally qualified personnel with both scientific knowledge and practical skills by integrating academic education with field training. This approach ensures high levels of professionalism and competence at the national and regional levels, positioning AlZaytona University for Science and Technology as a distinguished and leading institution in higher education locally and regionally for preparing nurses according to global quality standards.

In Palestinian cities and major towns, there has been a significant increase in the number of hospitals and medical clinics—whether emergency, specialized, or dental—both public and private, all of which require skilled medical personnel. This program prepares graduates to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including:

- Home nursing for patients requiring special care who are unable to access medical centers.

Admission Requirements
The program targets students from the scientific and literary streams who have passed the General Secondary Education Certificate (Tawjihi) and meet the college’s admission criteria. For the scientific stream, the minimum Tawjihi average is 70%, while for the literary stream, it is 80%.
