2. Monitoring and ensuring security across the university’s various networks.
3. Overseeing the email services for staff and students.
4. Managing the university’s internal wired and wireless networks.
5. Maintaining and regularly updating e-learning software to provide optimal service.
6. Implementing training programs and courses in various computer-related fields.
7. Supervising software development, updates, and licensing.
8. Teaching practical (laboratory) components in Information Technology courses.
9. Monitoring internet services to ensure high-quality connectivity for students, staff, and visitors.
10. Providing computer services to university students, faculty members, and staff.
11. Executing computing operations for all administrative procedures across the university’s departments.
