Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement the university’s annual budget in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Monitor revenues and expenditures, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
•  Manage tuition fees collection in an organized and efficient manner.
•  Oversee the disbursement of salaries and entitlements for staff and faculty members.
•  Supervise purchasing and procurement processes in accordance with approved financial regulations.
•  Prepare periodic financial reports to support administrative decision-making.
•  Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies, as well as local and international laws.
