This program is being offered for the first time in Palestinian universities, as there is an urgent need recently to provide specialized cadres to play their role in developing this sector, as this constitutes an important tributary to the process of growth and development in the state. This program provides future prospects and potentials for the development of this sector.
Obtaining an Intermediate Diploma in Marketing and Trade Fairs Management requires the study of 72 academic hours distributed between college requirements (14 hours), department requirements (12 hours) and specialization requirements (46 hours).
The business environment in the Palestinian economy is steadily developing and keeping pace with global developments, meaning that marketing and promotion will occupy advanced positions in the interests of Palestinian business organizations, and therefore the Palestinian economy needs specialists in marketing and managing various exhibitions.
The program mainly aims to graduate a specialist in marketing management with special competence in the field of marketing and trade fair management
After graduation, the student is expected to be able to perform the following tasks:
-Planning a specific activity or program and supervising its implementation with high efficiency.
- Assisting the director of the sales department or marketing department in a large company or factory, weighing and dealing efficiently with market developments.
Managing a work team to plan and implement a commercial or industrial exhibition.
- Communicate efficiently with various business organizations and develop relationships with them.
The graduate will be qualified to work for many agencies, most notably:
- Various commercial companies.
-Various factories.
-Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture.
-Cooperative and charitable societies.
-Relevant government institutions such as the Ministry of Economy and Trade.
Success in high school (Tawjihi) or its equivalent from all branches.
