Dr. Saleh Amarneh is an Instructor in the Faculty of Business & Administration at Alzaytona University of Science & Technology. He currently serves as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business & Administration for the 2025-2026 academic year.

With extensive experience in both practical and academic settings, Dr. Amarneh is committed to delivering a comprehensive teaching approach that effectively integrates theory and practice. He is passionate about mentoring students and creating an engaging, supportive learning environment that fosters academic and professional growth.

His research and teaching interests focus on talent management and human resource management (including recruitment and selection, compensation management, and training and development), organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, and quantitative research methods. Throughout his career, Dr. Amarneh has played a key role in curriculum design, assessment development, and student advising, ensuring strong alignment with institutional goals and academic standards. He has also supervised numerous postgraduate students in the HRM field.

In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Dr. Amarneh actively contributes to academic committees, research projects, and professional development initiatives aimed at enhancing educational quality and promoting innovative teaching practices.

He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia and remains dedicated to excellence in both teaching and scholarship.
