“I consider nursing a reliable and rewarding profession. As a nursing instructor, I always express my passion for teaching by integrating aspects such as clinical assessments, the practical application of theories, evaluation, and modeling in advanced nursing practices, drawing on past and present experiences and clinical training, to achieve success and satisfaction in the profession chosen by students, as well as to empower trainees to develop their strengths, beliefs, and personal attributes to become good professionals. Personally, I have a positive attitude towards personal and professional growth, value continuous learning, and strive to instill it in my students’ learning journey. I believe in the importance of creating a student-centered learning environment that fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the principles of transformational learning, and I strive to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel empowered to learn and grow.”
