Bashar Qasho’o MS
In 2003, Bashar Qasho’o completed an MSc in pediatric nursing from Al-Quds University, palatine. Since the beginning of 2007, I have been teaching at nursing colleges in more than one Palestinian university. I am now based at the University of Nablus – Ibn Sina College of Health Professions. I have held the position of Head of the Practical Training and Laboratories Department for four years.
Bashar Qasho’o He has been working in the nursing department since the beginning of July 1997, moving between the emergency room and intensive care for ten years, so that he was close to patients and families alike, providing the highest quality nursing care to the patient, and continuous advice, guidance and psychological support to the family.
What distinguishes me is my love for my profession, my work, and my service to the local community with its various age groups, and my endurance of the hardships of work and diligent work with all energy and vitality without getting bored.
Bashar Qasho’o is deeply enthusiastic about theoretical teaching, clinical training, and converting knowledge into practical skills, with a focus on clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, multidisciplinary teamwork, and patient-specific nursing care for children.
Bashar Qasho’o capacity to engage respectfully with individuals from both his own culture and others, while also being receptive to the perspectives, ideas, and experiences of others. This isn’t about making others be like him or the opposite; it’s about respecting and embracing the diversity of others.
