The Student Loan Fund for Higher Education Institutions in Palestine announced today that it has begun accepting applications for student loans for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. These loans are available to undergraduate and associate degree students at Palestinian higher education institutions.
The Fund clarified that applications will be accepted from Sunday, September 7, 2025, until Thursday, October 23, 2025.
He pointed out that the mechanism for submitting applications for students who did not apply for a loan or who submitted applications but whose applications were not reviewed in the first and/or second semester of 2024/2025 AD is done by accessing their accounts on the Fund’s electronic services website through the link http://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps and entering the loan application data electronically and making sure that it is saved. Then the students must submit all the required documents and supporting evidence to the Deanship of Student Affairs at the educational institution, so that the institution’s employee reviews the applications directly and gives the student a form proving the submission and review of the application (if the student does not complete this step, the application is considered incomplete and will not be considered).
The Fund indicated that students who do not have an account on the Fund’s website must create a new subscription before taking the steps mentioned above, noting that assistance in this regard can be obtained through the link https://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps/DHieght/StudentManual.
As for students who have applied for a loan and whose applications have been reviewed, they must log into their accounts on the Fund’s e-services website http://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps and click on the “Renew Loan Application” option to confirm the student’s desire to apply for a loan this semester without needing to go back to the Student Affairs Department or submit new documents.
Applicants for the loan must be full-time students at a Palestinian higher education institution (Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree students), demonstrate financial need, have successfully completed at least one semester, and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 65% for Bachelor’s degree students and 60% for Associate’s degree students (percentage system), or a minimum of 2.0 (points system).
Furthermore, students must register for at least 12 credit hours in the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
It should be noted that if a student loses their username and/or password, they must contact the Student Affairs Department at their educational institution or access the link https://eservices.iqrad.edu.ps/Forget.
It should also be noted that parallel education students’ fees are calculated according to the regular fees, not the parallel study rates. Furthermore, the loan provided by the fund does not exceed 75% of the tuition fees, with a maximum of (800) Jordanian dinars per student per semester.
