Dr. Majida Dajani is a dedicated educator, researcher, and teacher trainer with over 25 years of experience in TEFL and early childhood education in Palestine. She currently serves as Assistant Professor at Al-Zaytuna University of Science and Technology.
As a senior specialist, Dr. Dajani has made significant contributions to major USAID-funded initiatives, including the Early Grade Reading Program and the Leadership and Teacher Development Program. Her work focuses on teacher training, curriculum development, and cultivating both a growth mindset and a maker mindset in learners. She is particularly passionate about promoting inclusive, student-centered teaching practices and maintains a close partnership with the Palestinian Ministry of Education.
