Al-Zaytouna University for Science and Technology welcomed the Governor of Salfit Governorate, Mustafa Taqatqa, as part of its efforts to strengthen partnerships and cooperation with official institutions and explore ways to support the educational and developmental process in Salfit Governorate.

The Governor was received by Professor Dr. Daoud Al-Zaatari, President of the University, along with several members of the academic and administrative staff. During the meeting, they discussed prospects for joint cooperation, the university’s role in serving the local community, and fostering a supportive learning environment for students.

Professor Dr. Daoud Al-Zaatari emphasized the importance of cooperation with Salfit Governorate and various official institutions, given its role in supporting the university’s progress and enhancing its ability to respond to the needs of students and the community. He also reviewed the academic programs and development plans implemented by the university across its various faculties.

For his part, the Governor of Salfit Governorate commended Al-Zaytouna University for Science and Technology for its role in developing Palestinian individuals and promoting scientific and national awareness among students. He affirmed the Governorate’s commitment to supporting educational institutions and assisting them in light of current challenges.
